By accessing and using the 20 bd website and services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore important to read this entire document carefully before using 20 bd.

These Terms & Conditions apply to 20 bd's website, mobile application, and all associated services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and 20 bd.

20 bd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notification on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of 20 bd shall be final and binding.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 20 bd. 20 bd reserves the right to close any account that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to register. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided, including name, mobile number, and date of birth, must be accurate and truthful.
• Password Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. 20 bd will not be held liable for any issues arising from sharing your account details with others.
• KYC Verification: For security purposes, 20 bd may request identity verification at any time.

The mobile number and email address provided at registration will serve as the primary means of communication. Please ensure this information is accurate and up to date.

All financial transactions on 20 bd are handled securely and transparently. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
• In compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering policy, all large transactions are subject to verification.
• Once a withdrawal has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

All transactions on 20 bd are processed in BDT. Deposits made in cryptocurrency or foreign currency will be subject to applicable conversion rates.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in certain specific circumstances.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent odds changes do not apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 20 bd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum Win: Each bet has a maximum payout limit. Unusually large bets may be subject to additional verification.
• Live Betting: Bets may be cancelled during live betting due to network delays. This is a standard part of the process.

Any involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports corruption is strictly prohibited. Evidence of such activity will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

The following terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers at 20 bd. Each bonus offer may carry its own additional conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. A x10 wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Any manipulation or abuse of the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Promo Code: Promo codes are single-use only and must be applied at the time of registration.

20 bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Advance notice will be given wherever possible for changes to ongoing offers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 20 bd platform. Any violation will result in serious action.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with a false identity
• Bonus System Manipulation or Abuse
• Participating in match fixing or sports corruption
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Attempting to Hack the System or Breach Security
• Use of Third-Party Payment Methods
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

20 bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities
• At Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Any legitimate withdrawable balance remaining prior to account closure will generally be returned. However, this may not apply in cases where the Terms & Conditions have been violated.

20 bd will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• If your password is shared with others and a loss occurs as a result
• If a Third-Party Service (Mobile Banking) Fails
• Losses caused by viruses or cyberattacks
• Service interruptions due to legal or governmental directives

20 bd believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to fostering a responsible betting culture for the wellbeing and happiness of all our members.

• Betting Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits can be set directly from the dashboard.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion can be applied for durations ranging from 6 months to permanent account closure.
• Support: If signs of addiction are identified, information on specialist support will be provided.
